Admission Procedures
We are happy to help you make the right decision regarding the education of your child. We want your child’s admission process to be as smooth as possible.
Please read the admissions criteria for Monastic School and follow the procedure.

Criteria for Admission
i. Student will have to meet with the school’s policy regarding eligibility for admission.
ii. English is the language of instruction.
iii. Students from Grade I upwards will sit for an entrance test.
iv. On passing the entrance test, the students and parents will be called for an interview.

Documents to be submitted on grant of admission are
i. Original transfer certificate, character certificate from previous school
ii. Mark sheets of last school examination.
iii. Copy of applicant’s birth certificate/proof of date of birth.
iv. Passport size photograph of the applicant, 2 pcs.
v. Address proof (utility bill preferred)
vi. Relevant certificates regarding any medical concerns.

For Grade XI (Monastic Campus)
i. Certificate of SEE or equivalent examination. ii. Original Transfer Certificate, Character
Certificate from previous school
iii. Passport size photograph of the applicant, 2 pcs.

Note : Admission for Grade XI and the choice of subjects/stream will be considered purely based on the results of the SEE and the stream taken.

Applicant Fee
Can be paid in cash or by cheque. Cheques must be made in favour of Monastic Secondary English Boarding School. Families with more than one child must submit a separate application for each student. The application form and supporting documents must be submitted to the school within 7 working days.
